Upon arrival, performed visual inspection of the outdoor condensing unit and discovered signs of system deterioration including rust formation on ventilation components and weathered metal surfaces. 

Connected manifold gauge set to service ports and conducted refrigerant pressure analysis to assess system performance. Evaluated both high and low-side pressures to determine if refrigerant charge, compressor function, or airflow restrictions were contributing to the cooling failure.
