Our old furnace quit.  We called our old service provider, and the old furnace needed a very expensive replacement part.  He also tried to sell us equipment we did not need.  Being Costco members, I called Costco, and they forwarded our call to Thielmann.  Jason called, and gave us a price for a new furnace.  He came out the same day, and the price quoted over the phone was what we paid.  The installation was scheduled, and we are very happy with the equipment and the service.
